Your 20s are for figuring out who you are—your 30s are for fully embracing it. I’ve learned that my love language is cooking for people, turning simple ingredients into something magical, and serving up the bare necessity of warm, delicious meals. It’s been an honor to feed thousands of people over the years, and until that food truck becomes a reality, I’ll keep blending spices so you can bring that same love to your own kitchen.

My Story
I was blessed in 2011 with the opportunity to serve with my brothers and sisters in arms as a part of the World's greatest Air Force. The military gave me a plethora of opportunities and as an indirect result, this store was born Traveling to over 50 countries, I’ve savored every bite, embraced every foodie tour, and collected flavors like souvenirs. Inspired by the late, great Anthony Bourdain, my journeys became more than just a way to free my mind and feed my soul—they became a deep dive into the heart of culture, history, and tradition through food.
Spices are the storytellers of the kitchen, carrying generations of flavors in every pinch. Free Spirit Spice Co. was born out of my passion for these global flavors, bringing the world’s most vibrant seasonings to your table. Whether it’s the warmth of a Bahamian blend, the boldness of a Tuscan herb mix, or the smoky heat of New Mexico chiles, every jar is an invitation to explore.
